Why We Started ProControl
ProControl Smart Systems was founded right here in Buffalo with a simple belief — that homeowners and business owners in Western New York deserved better than what the big national security companies were offering. Cookie-cutter packages, out-of-state call centers, and technicians who didn’t know the area weren’t cutting it.
So we built something different. A small, local team that takes the time to understand each property, each client, and each unique security challenge. We design every system from scratch — whether it’s a single camera for a family home in Amherst or a full integrated security buildout for a commercial facility in Cheektowaga.
